Film Preview: “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri”
THREE BILLBOARDS OUTSIDE EBBING, MISSOURI is a darkly comedic drama about a mother in search of truth and justice for her daughter. After months have passed without a culprit in her daughter’s murder case, Mildred Hayes (Frances McDormand) takes charge on the events, commissioning three signs leading into her town with a controversial message directed at the town's revered chief of police Willoughby (Woody Harrelson). From day to day Mildred fights the battle for her murdered child using her wits as weapon.
The film is nominated for the Golden Globes in several categories.
